Alligator Hunts

Central Florida Trophy Hunts offers four types of Alligator Hunts.

• Public Water Hunts
  We secure the permits from those selected in the public waters hunts lottery and then we guide you to successfully fill those tags.

• Trophy Hunts
  Where the hunter will be made an agent of one of our guides. The hunter then uses one of our tags to take a trophy gator.

• Charter Hunts
  Guided Charter Hunt; where we take those selected for the public waters hunts and guide them to successfully fill both of their tags.

• Nuisance Hunt
  Join our Nuisance Trapper in hunting a trouble gator. These hunts are designed for the last minute gator hunter and can be done anytime during the year.

We hunt from either a 13 ft Air boat, a 21 ft Bay Boat, or a Swamp Buggy. We base our method of hunting on the particular area we are hunting as well as the client's preference. We typically gig the gators, take them with a crossbow, or shoot them with a rifle (private land trophy hunts only). All of our hunts are based on a first come, first serve basis. Therefore, we suggest you book as soon as possible. Upon completion of your hunt, we can also recommend several reputable taxidermists.
