We are HACCP Compliant and permitted through the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and the Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission. ALLIGATORS

When using our services for your alligator, you can choose to have your Alligator Regular Skinned (hide scraped & salted and rolled for transport to the tannery) or Trophy Skinned (for full mount or rug mount, ready for taxidermy). Your meat will be defatted, cut, cubed, stored in 2.5lb vacuumed sealed bags, and enclosed in 5lb labeled boxes.
