New Flavor Alert!!!!
Our butchers have been hard at work again this week and we have a new flavor of USDA pork sausage links.
Our new Spicy Sour Orange Cajun adds a hint of sour orange to a spicy cajun sausage. These links would be great for jambalaya or just on the grill!!
We also our standard sausages in stock and ready to go.
These links will be made from USDA inspected pork butt in house.
Breakfast Mild $6/lb
Italian Med. $6/LB
Cheese and Jalapeño $7.50/LB
Onion and Green Pepper Brats $7.50/LB
Orange/Cajun $7.50/LB
All items will be a 2/LB min.
We have gator meat available in 5 LB boxes ($60/ box) (2-2.5lb vacuum sealed bags in each box).
