We are currently hiring meat cutters, helpers, and cubers for the upcoming public alligator season.

Must be motivated and able to work independently.

Meat cutters must be proficient in knife sharpening.

Work will be two days per week until Aug. 15 then 30-40 hours per week until Nov. 1 – Feb. 1
