Give us a call for all of your Memorial Day celebration alligator meat needs.

We will be shipping this week through Thursday and are harvesting and processing alligators almost daily.

Central Florida Trophy Hunts processes alligators at our licensed and permitted facility. We are HACCP Compliant and permitted through the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and the Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission.

We offer our high quality “Wild Caught” Alligator Meat for purchase wholesale or retail. Please give us a call to purchase this fine quality meat.

All of our alligator meat is cut, defatted, cubed twice and vacuumed sealed for freshness. It will be labeled and packaged in high quality boxes. They will be sent via FED EX.
