Capt. Nick Odom has joined our team and will be running our brand new Prodigy.
Capt. Nick Odom is a 36 year old Native Floridian. Father of two, Hunter Odom 12, and Skylar Odom 8, and partner to his beautiful girlfriend Lauren. At a young age Nick fed his love for fishing by getting on the water as often as possible. When he couldn’t get in the water, he often fished in the swimming pool at his childhood house even though never caught much there. One of his first jobs as a young man was commercial rod & reel fishing for bottom fish out of Ponce Inlet. Not having come from a hunting family, it wasn’t until 18 that Nick found his way into the world of hunting. His love for the outdoors grew into an obsession. Around 20 years old Capt. Nick pulled away from the dock for his first gator hunt and has never been the same. Hunting as often as he could in as many new areas as possible learning the animals and looking for the biggest gators he could find. Nick not only loves the outdoors and the uncertainty of each hunt but teaching others what he’s learned over the years and watching their excitement and the spark of their very own obsession just as he had years ago. In the off-season of alligators Nick finds himself in the woods and on the water hunting deer, duck and snipe, and pigs as well as flounder gigging, lobstering and all things fishing.
Capt. Nick will be guiding alligator and duck hunts for the public water season throughout Florida, as well as bow fishing and gigging trips.
